Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 24 hours from receiving your order. All images/ videos sent to us regarding dissatisfaction are valid for the first 24hours and any further damages thereafter do not count. We will not tolerate anyone's effort to further tarnish the fruit just to make a point of refunds. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Ordering Policy Orders can be placed through our website anytime of the day Monday – Sunday (including major holidays) or 24 hours and 7 days a week via www.888seasons.com.
Same Day Delivery Policy Place your order before 12pm (Monday to Saturday), to have your order delivered the same day. If your order is made after 12pm, and next day is a Sunday, your order will be delivered next Monday.
We make every effort to deliver your order on time, however, due to unpredictable traffic/ freight condition and unforeseen circumstance, the delivery may be out of the requested time range result in next-day delivery.
We do not Operate and Deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
For Express Delivery (S$25), it is operational from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding of Public Holidays, for orders placed before 3PM.
