Delivery Rates & Policy

Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 24 hours from receiving your order. All images/ videos sent to us regarding dissatisfaction are valid for the first 24hours and any further damages thereafter do not count.  We will not tolerate anyone's effort to further tarnish the fruit just to make a point of refunds. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer. 

Ordering Policy Orders can be placed through our website anytime of the day Monday – Sunday (including major holidays) or 24 hours and 7 days a week via www.888seasons.com.  

Same Day Delivery Policy Place your order before 12pm (Monday to Saturday), to have your order delivered the same day. If your order is made after 12pm, and next day is a Sunday, your order will be delivered next Monday. 

We make every effort to deliver your order on time, however, due to unpredictable traffic/ freight condition and unforeseen circumstance, the delivery may be out of the requested time range result in next-day delivery. 

We do not Operate and Deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.

For Express Delivery (S$25), it is operational from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding of Public Holidays, for orders placed before 3PM. 

 

Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 11AM (Singapore Time) the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation. If any change in delivery address, there will be an additional shipping fee (SGD$10) chargeable. 

Any cancellations AFTER order has been placed, will have a chargeable fee of 30% of total order. 

Where do we deliver to? Islandwide, Singapore. For secured areas/ restricted zones e.g. Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, there will be additional charges. Add-on fee will be informed via text/ email. 

 

Where do we deliver from? All our produce are received the morning before delivery, hence ensuring maximum quality & freshness 

Delivery Services & Rates Free delivery for orders with a min. spend of SGD100. Otherwise, islandwide delivery at a flat fee of SGD10 


Self-Collection 
Self-collection is available at our store, located at 22 New Industrial Road #01-01/02 Singapore 536208. Stocks will held in store 24 hours, as we are not able to guarantee the arrival of the next shipment of stocks please come and collect them within 24 hours.

If you have opted for self-collection, you will receive a notification once your order is being processed/ ready for collection. 

Please do a pick up within the same day, or day after once you have received your Pick-Up Notification. 


Pre-Order (Non-Corporate Orders) Please keep order date and delivery date no more than 3 days apart so we can guarantee and ensure seasonal freshness and shipments arrival.

How long does delivery take? We delivery from Monday to Saturday, between 4-9pm. Cut off time for same day delivery is 12pm daily. If you place your order after 12pm, delivery will be next day, between 4-9pm. 

We are off on every Sundays, and PHs.  


How do I get same day delivery? Place your order before 12pm (SGT) for same day delivery. 

Can I opt for Express Delivery? Yes, we can arrange for Grab/ Lalamove at a flat fee of SGD25 - as we are carrying premium fruits (perishables), it is utmost important for our customers to receive the freshest fruits in the best quality during delivery.
