Emerald Beaut is a delicate green that turns golden with a hint of a blush. It has a firmer texture than the Santa Rosa with a crisp almost crunchy mouthfeel that is reminiscent of our pluots.

This variety of pluot is a hybrid mix of 50% plum and 50% apricot. Though the variety retains its green skin when ripe, it is one of the sweetest of all plumcots with a sugar content of 23%!
