When to Enjoy:
Ishigaki coral is shipped with a little bluish color. It will be sweeter and tastier if you leave them at room temperature and let them ripen before eating. It is best to eat from the time when the surface color starts to turn orange to the time when it turns completely orange.
Eat what you are ready to eat early, and chill it in the refrigerator just before eating.
How to Enjoy:
