Haruhime is a kumquat with a sugar content of 16 degrees, which is harvested after the Ningbo kumquat is fully ripened over the winter with JA Minamisatsuma brand kumquat.

Kumquat Spring Princess only harvests those that are more than 210 days old. The season is from late January to early March.

Haruhime Kumquat has acquired the agriculture, forestry and fishery products certification system of Kagoshima, and has its own standards such as sugar content of 16 degrees or more, size of L size or more, and dark orange, which is strict with machines and human eyes.

Fruit only those who meet the criteria carried out have been shipped as Haruhime.
